LeadAgentAI — Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 — Effective 15 May 2026

Service Provider: LeadAgentAI is operated by Adrian Goldman, sole trader, 12 Vanderville Gardens, London, N2 8HU, United Kingdom.

1. The Service
LeadAgentAI provides an AI-powered lead management service for UK construction and service businesses, including email lead capture and classification, web enquiry forms, missed call SMS capture, automated follow-up emails, and an analytics dashboard.

2. Subscription & Pricing
The service is provided at £299 per month. LeadAgentAI is not currently VAT registered. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. The trial is available once per business — repeat trials are not permitted.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Missed Call SMS Feature
The missed call SMS capture feature is limited to 100 SMS messages per calendar month per account. This limit resets on the first day of each month. If the limit is reached, missed call SMS will not be sent for the remainder of that month. Adrian Goldman reserves the right to adjust this limit with 30 days notice.

6. Data & Privacy
Enquiry content (messages, attachments) is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LeadAgentAI only for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the service to send unsolicited messages or engage in any unlawful activity.

8. Service Availability
LeadAgentAI aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

9. Liability
LeadAgentAI is provided "as is". Adrian Goldman shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of business damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to one month's subscription fee.

10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
