Follow these steps to get the most out of LeadAgentAI.

Add LeadAgentAI to your home screen

Access your leads instantly — just like a native app.

🍎 iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. 1.Open leadagentai.co.uk in Safari
  2. 2.Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (box with arrow pointing up ↑)
  3. 3.Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. 4.Tap Add in the top right corner

🤖 Android (Chrome)

  1. 1.Open leadagentai.co.uk in Chrome
  2. 2.Tap the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right
  3. 3.Tap Add to Home screen
  4. 4.Tap Add to confirm

Enable push notifications

Get instant alerts on your phone when a new lead arrives.

  1. 1.Open LeadAgentAI from your home screen (must be opened as an app, not in browser)
  2. 2.Log in to your dashboard
  3. 3.Tap 🔕 Enable notifications in the top right corner
  4. 4.When prompted, tap Allow
  5. 5.The button will change to 🔔 Notifications on — you're all set!

Set up missed call capture

Never lose a lead from a missed call — we'll send them an SMS with your project form automatically.

📱 EE, Vodafone or Three

  1. 1.Open your Phone app and go to the keypad
  2. 2.Dial this code:**61*[YOUR_TWILIO_NUMBER]*11*20#
  3. 3.Press Call — you should see a confirmation message

📱 O2

  1. 1.Call 202 from your O2 phone (free)
  2. 2.Ask the agent to set up conditional call forwarding when unanswered to your LeadAgentAI number
  3. 3.The number to forward to will be provided in your welcome email from LeadAgentAI

✓ How to test it works

Ask someone to call your number and don't answer. After a few seconds they should receive an SMS with a link to your project form. The missed call will also appear in your LeadAgentAI dashboard.
